The Digital Divide is a serious issue affecting many people worldwide. It creates a divide and inequality when accessing information and resources. Those with access to digital technology, such as smartphones, tablets, laptops, and the Internet, have a significant advantage over those without. This can lead to various issues, from a need for educational opportunities to access to essential services and information. Equally Informed Philly recognizes the impacts of the Digital Divide and finds it necessary to bridge this divide and ensure that everyone has access to the digital tools they need to succeed.
